What's this site about?
The dolls you see in this gallery have all been through a lot. They've been played with, made up, knocked around, trimmed, chewed, glued, tattooed and loved very thoroughly by their original little girl owners. Now they've found homes with a more careful crowd, one that wants to primp them up and spoil them rotten to make up for the decades they were packed away in dusty attics and moth-ridden closets.
I've been cleaning them up for other people since my own first Kenner Blythe arrived - fresh from her smoky, ratty box - in 2004. In total, I've restored over 70 Kenners.
